"What is a Complete Protein?"

A complete protein (or whole protein) is a source of protein that contains an adequate proportion of all nine of the essential aminoacids necessary for the dietary needs of humans or other animals.
Soybeans and Quinoa
A complete protein is a protein that contains all the essential amino acids in the correct proportions. Some protein sources are incomplete, meaning they lack one or more of the essential amino acids. Incomplete protein sources differ in the missing amino acids and can be combined to form a complete protein overall. These combinations may be eaten in the same meal or in different meals in the same day.
Which Foods are High in Protein?

The following is a list of popular lean proteins (i.e. low in fat).
■Chicken and Turkey
■Fish (i.e. Tuna and Salmon) and other seafood
■Cottage cheese and other low-fat dairy
■Lean cuts of beef
■Whey protein powder
■Egg whites

Risks of a High Protein Diet

There is considerable difference of opinion surrounding high protein diets. Some nutritionists feel that diet too high in protein leads to renal (kidney) failure or stress. However there appears to be little evidence for this. High protein diets should be avoided if you already have kidney problems.

Other dietitians cite a dehydration risk with consuming large amounts of protein. Metabolizing protein does require a higher amount of water than carbohydrates or fats, so it’s important to consume a lot of water when on a high protein diet.

Healthy, Happy, Unhappy

Something is Attractive about Healthy.
Something is Attractive about Happy Spirit.

Something is unattractive about always being okay with being Unhappy.

So, the question here is... Do you agree with that?
Do you work on yourself? Do you want to work on yourself?
Do you want to want to work on yourself and will you admit it.
OH, and one more thing, say again, what is stopping you?

"The World Is Thinking"

The light is on. But, is anyone home?
Are you at home? Are you Thinking?

"Motivating Others"

Do you know what? I am always asked about why I am so happy all of the time and its probably only a little true. I always feel motivated and its because I motivate others. I enjoy it, it drives me, If I feel good I like to share, I never understood how it is that some people have so much and they carry theirselves so bitter. I mean wake up to the world right. Some things tear us down, but its always temporary isnt it? It takes more energy to fight then to get along. Especially with yourself, ever notice that? Its so funny because I always thought that if people new what their attitude looked like, they probably would think about it. But, since not many people let them know, I will tell them now. Nobody cares for it mrs or mr individual! This is my attitude towards teaching others or directing, coaching or mentoring or even being a friend....
"Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care, go it?" I took those ads off my blog because they are in my way, dont ou think its better now without them? I tried them for a while but they arent worth what I built this blog to be. Anyway, about your attitude, maybe you should tune it up and try being a little humble yeah? Give a little people! You know exactly who you are and it always runs out believe me. Help someone today, Give Motivation a try, did you know someone needs someone like you but you have to try for them to see it in you. You can do it! Change for the better. Dream big starts today, really,  try it sometime! become a follower of my blog http://lanealanea.blogspot.com/ if you need help with that let me know but most important for today, focus you your life, and  have a great day.

"Attitude Equals 100% of Everything You Do!"

Attitude = 100%
a is the first letter in the alphabet so add it up.
I have kept in mind this with all things I do for the longest time that I can remember. I have worked hard towards just this alone. It's truly amazing what you can do for your life by just applying this.

Saint Lucia

St Lucia is a beautiful volcanic island with lush rainforests, undulating agricultural landscapes and unspoilt beaches. It is also one of the world's breeziest places, as the trade winds blow in from the sea to the southern shore.Traditionally banana and sugar cane exports sustained St Lucia, however, the government is now focusing its efforts on the island's fast-growing tourism sector.
St Lucia boasts more than enough to keep visitors enthralled, hosting a wealth of natural wonders from excellent beaches and mountain scenery, to the Qualibou Volcano with its boiling sulphur springs, as well as tropical flower-lined roadsides. The island's unique cultural heritage also proves a significant draw for visitors, with a considerable British and French influence still felt today.
After fierce resistance from the indigenous Carib Indians, British and French colonists were kept away from the island for 50 years. Then, between the signing of a peace treaty with the French in 1660 and the British takeover of the island in 1814, ownership changed no fewer than 14 times. The British maintained control until 1979, when St Lucia was granted independence. This cultural diversity is still evident in St Lucia from the colonial-style plantations to the French influence felt in the patois spoken throughout the country.
With the local's friendliness and hospitability, visitors to St Lucia are invited to enjoy the islanders' leisurely lifestyle.

"Baby Food Diet"

I will be adding a one week "Baby Food Diet" to my Program (Level 5) L-5. A cool new addition to my Koala Program. Here is a video of a few of Hollywood's favorite Celebrities including Jennifer Anniston who was on the baby food diet to assist her with getting trim for her new movie.
