Having An Ultimate Life Plan Makes Me Happy.
Creating An Ultimate Life Plan For Yourself Is A Great Idea.
Knowing that you have an ultimate life plan for yourself, can give you "ENERGY!" Writing down your ultimate life plan is important. And, what is just as important is planning your goals and taking those steps to get to your Ultimate Life Plan. Yes, your goals, your plans may change by a little or by a lot. Don't let this stop you from getting these things down on paper so that you don't forget about them. If you are one of us who always seems to run out of time, then I suggest that you do what I did and just get started on your plan today. If you do not write it down and you do not start taking steps to get there; then, you may go about your life subconcsiously trying to get there without a plan and not get there. Well, it does not happen all by itself you know? You must have a plan and well you may never feel you have the time to make that plan unless you start today, so do just that and... "Good Luck In Your Endeavor."

Learn how to make "Green Tea Ice Cream"
2 tsp green tea powder
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
473 ml half and half
How to make :
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
473 ml half and half
How to make :
Step 1
- Put 4 egg yolks into bowl
- add 1/4 cup half and half, mix it
- Heat the mix in a pan with low temperature
- in the other bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp greentea powder, then add into the bowl, stirring constantly
- when the mixture is thickened remove from the pan from the heat
- Add the mixture into the rest of the half and half
- Pour the mixture in a container, closed tightly leave 3 hours in freezer
- after 3 hours, stirring the mixture then freeze again
- stirring the ice cream a few times and freeze until it done

To Improve Your Life, You Must Have A Job Or A Project To Do
If you do not have a job because you do not need money, you should find some type of project that you work on. Working on something one thing or many brings you to a healthy state of mind and can carry you forward in your life. Have you ever seen anything new happen for someone who does not work on anything at all? If so, what do you notice about these individuals? Do you feel that they have much to say about the past and not much to say about whats ahead? Its really for many that they just do not realize but once that they do realize this, its in their hands to take that step to make it happen. If this is you today, why don't we do that, lets take the first step together shall we? And, remember friends. Everything you created that you do not like, you probably created yourself. Now, your job or project that you are doing now, may not be you its just your job or your project right now. Many people are afraid to get a job because they think that others view them as their success level and we all know how that may feel. The truth is you really shouldn't connect the emotion that your job is you right now if it's not. Do your job, get paid so that you have money and your future will be filled with alot more opportunity. You must choose something to do, never sit still, time flies and some of us never have enough of it.

Of Course, It Will Be A Happy New Year
Because, I will "Keep Revising my life." My name is Lanea and I'm a perpetual teacher, Globetrotter and I have experience in just too many things to know what to do with it all. So, I am determined to do with my time the things I love to do and write. I have written on my travel blog about the places that I have traveled to. My Travel Guide is unique to me because; unlike my everday articles I write, my thoughts are fresh, clear and I am most focused. Why? Because when I go to a place like those that I have written there, I am able to put myself in that destination 100%. There is no doubt in my mind that I can get the most out of a vacation or a travel destination when I go. Each time that I return home, I gain something very important, and its not only the place I went but instead, I have gained true focus in my life and it becomes very clear to me exactly what I want to have in my life, what I want to be doing in my life and what most that I would like to focus on. This to me is a unique way to get a wake up call. This helps me to feel that I am living and experiencing my life to the fullest and appreciating what I have and who I am with. Step by step, getting out of my world to see a world from a different angle, then stepping back into the world I live in and making all the changes that I didnt even know I that I would want to make is an experience of its own. Allowing your mind, body and spirit to be away at that place where you go, gives me a perspective to see in another way and thus is the reason that I have to remember what was I doing when I was here last and what was I working on. For me, it's the same always, what I was working on was relative to what I want to be working on but never in the exact way which now I can see to alter them in all the ways. How I Got in Shape While Recovering from Injury.
Hello out there! This is to all of those who have ever had an injury and had and have felt down and out during the recovery process. You are darn right, it sucks!! Oh its so awful. It makes you made and stirs you up inside. When will I return to my normal activity? How long will it take for me to get back on my feet again. Everyone experiences these feelings. Dear friend, don't feel alone, you just are not. But, while you have a little you time, why don't you just take advantage of the bright side. If you can sit up, you can get some pretty tight abs during this time to get your core ready for more. By the time you are on your feet, you will be looking better then before. You can do leg lifts and arm lifts in a chair, did you know that? with such a little light dumbell you can conquer it all. Just stay in position while working hard. you can stand and do arm circles and increases your posture. You cannot play soccer no, no but you won't lose it all. Remember friends that its all about moving, moving moving. Getting that heart rate up and watching those carbs, why dont you keep those carbs between 40 and 60 total a day while your out so you dont add to your workload later. Why dont you keep those calories to around 1400, aprox will work for you, dont think that you cannot move something in your body, contact me my friend and I will keep you filled up with some more. Its all about the attitude friend. Sometime, life stops us for reasons and we shouldnt fight it. Did you know that you may even be just about to start in an exciting new direction. I hope that you contact me if you get this message, surely I can give you a little perspective. We do get stuck in a circle of the same thoughts and if you dont change those thoughts of course you wont feel different silly. But, if you get some new input or perspective other then your hearing right now, you might just like your new outlook. Good luck to you friend. Lanea
