When Life Gives Me Energy, I Want To Use It For Something Good

This is a physical exercise called a push up. Its easy to do and I believe in it.
To perform this exercise, you only have to put yourself in a position like so and you push yourself up, come on lets go. You do not have to perform this exercise to get fit and to stay healthy. Instead, you can do this exercise just because it is good for you. It shapes you and it makes you stronger and it gives you strength.
