  3. Here is an example of what I call vision in my life:
when I was around 16 my brother got a job as a interpreter-contractor for 5 years in US and travelled there with his family. Reading his letters and hearing stories about the life there was a unique experience for me-everything there seemed like a totally different world, which I wanted to experience, too... The chances for me to get to US were very low. At this time the Russian goverment didn't really let people travel easily abroad, but this didn't stop my dreams. I was imagining very vividly how I'll step on the plane, which will take me to US, what I will be writing in letters back to my family, what kind of life I will have and what I will experience...That's what I called a very clear vision of what I wanted...and as you can guess my vision became a reality. It took about 7 years for it to happen and sure enough during this time I was not just sitting around and dreaming, I took some steps towards my dream, but just having a clear vision helped me to realise what I want in life the most and helped me to move in right direction plus some luck. And what is my vision now? I'm not really clear...That's what I'm trying to figure out right now...

  4. Perfect, I get it. Thanks for the example.
I think that you said it in what you wrote, You saw a very clear vision of what you wanted, you went for it, you got it. That is the answer Tanya to your next vision. A person has to get to the point in their life to see things clear so they can visualize picture what they want and you did that at an early age in your life. As for me, I am just now seeing my vision and my vision is happiness thats it. For me there is no more, I am writing a book downstairs right now on this because I accidently found it. For you Tanya, living in Russia, you were much able to focus as here I was never able to focus on just one thing with so many distractions. Now that you are here, you may see what I am referring to. So much of everything so hard to find just something. I have always had a million visions and I could make them clear if I wanted to because in America you can do just about anything or any one thing or in my case, everything~a little too much maybe. I will explain below

  9. Tanya when you said this....
All my thoughts and discussions are usually are in my mind, never getting all the way to the paper or webpage...
I say this..... Take a small journal with you everywhere you go, to the parks with your kids, to work, to their many practices, stand alone or get by yourself and just write like this.... paint workout laugh sing workout swim in the ocean listen to the beatles watch a broadway show fly in a helicopter listen to the beatles walk in new york's time square
see an elephant look over a balcony write a letter eat differently start reading listen to the beatles swim in the ocean stuff like that and you just start thinking and the journal is just bla bla bla. can be a sentence, or just a word to remind you that the next time you have a second you can finish the thought or idea or whatever it is. my journal looks a total mess it has lists of anti-aging foods in it, it has lists of destinations, it has lists of baby names and it has quotes from others, quotes from me, my opinions, things that are far from reach things that are not and then your mind is activated, you get more and more ideas, more and faster. you can write blog. then the next time you have less then one minute you go to blogger and you create a blog takes 30 seconds or less. then you just leave it there and you come back when you have more thoughts and you write something dont have to tell anyone, just start it and then you can put some free pictures up from flicr or somewhere else you like and then delete them and start playing with it as your free piece "Peace project" thats one idea.

  11. you have to put a schedule together like this..
7:00am to 8:00am breakfast with kids, pack lunch kids to school for example
Every day a schedule from beginning to end, wish i could see it you know, your sample of a day schedule and i would show you what i would do to fit everything that i would want to fit in "In" there is a way, and the way is near, what do you have to say?" Wake up only 30 minutes earlier every day and you have just added 30 minutes extra to your day times lets say 5 days a week and there you have 150 extra minutes to yourself. Now, where is your schedule?
