  1. Okay, so I woke up nice and early today, read my nutrition course studies and then worked on my blogs and then now, I will go to workout and then post there on the workout blog. Then, I will watch American Idol because I cant help it that Steven Tyler is so funny.

I found a way to make this blog work, I hope so, maybe it will take some time to understand it but I think that I have organized it some where they have choices to join the fun, does that make sense? Probably not but maybe someone can come along and make sense of it. so many surprises to come bla bla bla anyone out there ha!

I pretend that someone is listening so I just write and I figure out my thoughts, its amazing what you can do just by creating your own support system for the things that you like to do, just start writing and making sense of it comes afterwards.     I finally found the conversation blog, ha ha!! Been a crazy few days! But weekends are always crazy...and the rain makes me a little crazy...I am such a summer baby that the rain totally bugs me....ugh. I just LOVE the sun!! Makes me want to wear shorts and get out and jump around and be active!! And buy vegetables, ha ha!!!

    I did get my thing in the mail!! It's awesome...makes my workouts so much more intense and it's so versatile!!
    Doggy Maya is doing well...that dog is awesome...she makes us all so active, I love it!!

  17. You will notice that the more that I fight to get what I want done which is things that I want to do and that get done, you will notice my energy rise, would you agree? And, its often funny to me how many people say, Lanea you have so much energy and the one thing that I notice in myself is that those times when they ask me are the times when I am so happy and I think to myself, that its probably that I am doing what I want and maybe they are not. Half the time when someone asks me that, I am really tired, or even worn out. Funny right? You should try it! Its quite habit forming and sometimes takes a marathon to get what you want or even to the first step of what you want to do. But, well, anyway, you see my point I am sure, just work towards your happiness and soon you will find yourself with so much more energy, energy to want to do things, see things, work out or not just be happy, its no big deal really. I always say that to me, it takes more energy to fight then to get along and this goes for yourself too as in fighting yourself to get what you want.

    Just wanted to post how good I am feeling! I feel really confident in myself that I can DO this!! This program just seems so easy, that I just can't fail! I'm never hungry, I am changing the way that I think about food! I'm concentrating on my workouts and using food, good food, to fuel my body at the times that I need it. Lanea, you are making it REALLY easy...really easy, I love it!!!

As soon as you get to level 6 you will see that the program will have a complete menu to follow and will include items that you have chosen and love as well again, created for you and some of it by you.   35. Since i am leaving very soon for our trip. I am completly focused on my six pack as last summer i did not have one. I am extremely focused so I decided to share it. For me, if I let someone know about that or more then one, its the energy of the challenge that gets me there. The results will be posted of course following my results before I go. Who else is challenging theirselves with at least 5 hours of exercise in total a week? I know that if you are on Level 3 that you are adding your counters so lets have some flawless results just one week at a time. You Can Do It. Your Friend, Your Coach Lanea
