    I have been writing it down on my sheets and then highlighting/crossing off as I go!
    Here was my day:
    2 boiled eggs (medium)
    1 oz walnuts
    3 bottles of evian (1L) w/ lemon
    1 c broccoli
    2 oz chicken breast
    Bed of lettuce w/ 1/4 bell pepper, onion and balsamic vinegar/olive oil
    On top a veggie Burger (10carbs/150 cal)
    Green & white tea
    1 baggie of turkey
    That's it!!

    turkey dog w/ mustard and sauerkraut
    3 oz. ground beef (leanest) w/ 1 oz. ea. of red,yellow bell pepper, cilantro, onion and light sour cream.
    3 1L water bottles w/ lemon
    2 glasses of green and white tea
    a fine glass of wine

    Ezekial bread (1 slice)
    1 TBSP almond butter
    8 celery sticks w/ lowfat parm. ranch dressing
    2c lettuce, 1 oz. salmon, 1 TBSP dressin(litehouse) and 1 oz. feta
    eggplant extraordinare (bell pepper, garlic, baby carrots, olive oil)
    Didn't need any extra turkey!!
    Seeya on 'F' day!!!

  12. What can I say about 'F'.....I can say that it's not really 'F's fault....it's really my fault for not having my salmon ready and having to substitute it. And not putting the foods together right and it ended up being kind of a random food day. But it's not 'F's fault!! Now I know...that I need to have my stuff all ready to go the day before. Lesson learned!!!

    emergency turkey, lowfat dressing
    fine red wine

  16. So....how does one go to Las Vegas for the weekend and not cheat? Well, for starters, one thinks about her AWESOME diet coach and what SHE would do, and that's what I did!

    Here's Saturday "H" Day
    1 hard boiled egg
    herbal tea,
    water w/ lemon
    handful of walnuts
    more tea
    handful of almonds (emergency)
    more water
    diet coke
    lowfat string cheese x2
    salmon fillet w/ baked potato
    HAD a heinecken light at the pool so no wine for me tonight! (was that bad?)

  17. Here's Sunday's "I" Day
    I had eggwhites scrambled and turkey bacon for breakfast
    I had water at the pool
    I had unsweetened tea
    I had a diet coke
    I had a handful of walnuts
    For dinner I had a chicken breast w/ a spoon of plain yogurt/shallot dip and fresh mint and basil.
    I had more water
    I am tired and I am going to bed!!

    So...how did I do???

  19. Poor cottage cheese!! I didn't eat it today again...but I really like cottage cheese!! Glad to see it is in for tomorrow...will def. eat it tomorrow...thanks, Lanea!!!

    diet coke w/ lime

    salad w/ 3c lettuce, lite dressing--tiny bit
    1 slice of hawaiian skinny crust pizza 13carbs/120 cal
    a fine glass of red wine
    My totals came to 36 carbs and 750 calories!!

  24. Good! I made sure to eat something right before going to dinner--so I wouldn't be super hungry. If I do my workouts at the right time then I am less hungry. If I do them first thing in the morning then it makes me hungry--which is why I don't get up early early to workout. Never before 9am. It's weird, but just the way it is for me.

    Protein shake
    1TBSP PB w/ 4 banana slices
    1c broccoli
    1 oz. almonds (not walnuts)
    1 oz. string cheese
    4 celery sticks w/ 1TBSP peanut butter x1
    green tea x2
    water 1L x3
    Bed of green leaf lettuce w/ slice of tomato diced and small bit of onion and 1 chicken sausage (sliced) 1carb/130cal. on top (instead of burger)
    Heineken Light (6 carbs/99cal)
    Done, good day!!

I am excited that I can go on my own little diet once again and I am very excited like I said. Finally I had a good reason to stick with it like I tell you too!     "I" day--So far: apple w/ almond butter, some walnuts and almonds (not all of them yet), iced tea, water w/ lemon. I love "I" day!!

  67. "I" day: No substitutions, but didn't drink the red wine...had tea instead
    "J" day: Had the eggs, the turkey, the peppers w/ dressing, 1/2 grapefruit, chicken in a can, dill pickles, 1 oz. cheese, turkey again, 22 almonds and the red wine. Didn't eat the cottage cheese. So I guess you can subtract 8 carbs and 160 cal. from my counts!
    "K" day so far: Ezekial bread w/ almond butter, 2 egg whites, 22 almonds, string cheese, 1 c cottage cheese, green tea, diet coke, lots of water w/ all those crazy workouts today! Dinner will be 3c lettuce, 2 carrot sticks, 4 pepper sticks, dressing, apricot instead of kiwi, dressing and green tea. Maybe wine...not sure...probably!! (:
