    *U CHICKEN OUT DONT YOU? (4 oz chicken breast and 2 dill pickle spears with that)
    *U NEED WATER I SAID SO (1 liter water w/lemon wedge)
    *U HAVE TO COUNT 22 ALMONDS PLEASE EAT THEM
    U GOTTA TRY SANGOK BREAD AND FETA TODAY (2 oz sangok and 2 oz feta cheese)
    U HAVE THE UNSWEETEND TEA (1 mug)
    *U LOVE BOILED EGGS TODAY (2 medium)
    *U CAN HAVE YOUR FAVORITE SEASONINGS FOR YOUR CHICKEN DINNER WITH SALAD TONIGHT (4 oz chicken breast seasoned to perfection baked or broiled please and 2 cups salad and 2 tlbs dressing)
    U MAY HAVE YOUR FAVORITE GLASS OF RED WINE
