EASY DIET A TO Z JUNE DAY "T" 26 DAY DIET

    *TAKE YOGURT ADD WHEY (1 container trader joes greek stlye yogurt plain add 1 tlbs vanilla ice cream whey protein powder and mix mmmm mmm buy vanilla whey protein powder at savons, or most grocery stores)
    *TEA UNSWEETENED WHITE & GREEN (1 mug trader joes)
    *TODAYS FRENCH CHEESE TASTING (1 slice French Gruyere hard cheese if cant find french get switzerland, 1 slice emmential french hard cheese if cant find get switzerland, 1 slice Racelette French cheese, 1 slice French double dreme brie)
    *TODAYS CHEESE WITH SALAMI (4 slices & 4 slices of ham or mix up with pickles 2 spears sliced up for taste testing together)
    *TODAYS FRENCH TASTING GOES GREAT EVIAN w/lemon (1 liter bottle w/squeeze of lemon wedge)also WITH WINE (1 glass red wine bon apetit) unless you want to save your wine for (le diner)
    *TODAYS TEA UNSWEETENED ANOTHER MUG (cold 1 mug white and green tea with mint)
    *TONIGHTS BED OF GREEN LETTUCE (2 cups make pretty and to include 4 wide ultra fresh cucumbers topped on salad & one serving onion and 2 tlbs salad dressing)
    TODAY MORE WATER W/LEMON SQUEEZE (1 liter, 1 lemon wedge)
    *TONIGHTS DINNER WITH SALAD A GREAT & PRETTY PRESENTATION TO SERVE FISH (1 white fish of any kind boneless, trader joes best, olive oil herbs on top, rosemary too and foil to cover back to perfection)
    *TODAYS SNACK ALSO INCLUDES ALMONDS (22 kernels)
    MERCI BEAUCOUP, BON APETITE, NOW YOU MAY EAT.
