P.S. They say that Yo Yo Diets areBad? Well, the best diets if you want to say that word diet is.... Yo Yo Healthy Diet. Wouldn't you get bored if you ate the same thing all year round? Get your butt on a healthy yummy food routine and send me some input, we are all wanting to be healthy you know. Anyone want to eat healthy with me? Give me a post.

  9. It was a phombia for me as well. The only thing I would eat until I met met my husband was a fish sandwich from mcdonalds and a tuna sandwich and its because i didnt know it as fish. I will not touch anything that looks like a fish. There is one thing that you need to know G. and that is that if you dont eat it now and eat as much as i do of it that your loss in pounds will double to anyone else because of that. I only drink red wine. Are you allowed to drink red wine? I ask you because...

  11. So, there are two things for you to think about that I see instantly.
    #1 You have the potential to lose weight quickly if you add certain things you dont eat now. (you will not have the thoughts you think now when you see what I eat.)
    #2 If you do not add certain things to your diet that make it easy for you, then yes, you will lose but not nearly what you can lose and how quick. Just think about it okay.

  14. Week #1 Please add the following to your food routine:
    Please mix all of these nuts:
    Almonds,Walnuts,Pistachio,Brazillian
    Please eat one full hand full 4 times per day for one week.
    Please buy 2 large containers of Non-fat yogart
    Please eat one extra large cup before or after your nuts 3 times per day for one week.
    (Pre-mix inside your yogart 2 teaspoons of benefiber) only 3 times per day.
    Buy from Albertsons Vanilla ice cream Whey protein and add one large scoop to one of your servings of yogart.
    Buy from Albertsons, 2 packs of starbucks double shot mocha lite for morning and afternoon as desired. Water bottle any kind.
    Confirm you are still here and I will send you more for this week to be added. Dont lose this list if possible okay.

Your going to feel interesting after you get use to me a little bit, Sure hope you are okay with the picks i have for you. now, please take the list and I am going to add more to it right now for you to add to your food routine for your first week and then, after i finish this list for you then, i will share my suggestions of what and when that i would eat those certain items that i have put on this list. sound fair? the good news is that if you did that suggestion its most affective and if you did it your own way it may not be the best but would still work just so long that you stick to the list. i am confident that you will stick to the list because you get to eat much more then you are familiar with eating and especially you. hopefully your good at taking direction as there is only a benefit at the end and the jeans. you have to find a pair of your favorite jeans that do not fit you or try and buy some. then you must try them on, see where you are at and one time per week at the end of the week try them on and feel the change. now i will begin the 2nd part of this list. please confirm with me that you are taking this list seriously so it doesnt waste your time. thanks!

  17. Now, really hope that you like tortilla chips. Because, i want you to look at poly and mono and find the tortilla chips that have the most of those two things compared to the others. the higher the poly and mono fat the better. It is forbidden that you touch anything that contains TRANS FAT NO! and ZERO saturated fat or super low as in like 5 or less. I hardly ever have something with saturated fat in it at all. Trader joes, .99 cents soup. looks like cup a noodle, comes in 3 flavors: mushroom, spring onion and garlic. buy them all they dont have fish in them Gabby. And, actually, leave some on the shelf in case I want more of them. I want you to take that soup and eat it early in the morning. I would suggest the spring onion or garlic in the morning and have it with the Ginger beer which is not beer. Now, thats that.
    Trader joes is good or whatever you want but get: a mulit-vitamin, Omega 3's especially YOU! and, Q-10 and a probotic, calcium w/zinc and besides the supplements above, please do not forget to get YAKULT!!!! Get 2 packs for sure and dont buy them all cuz i need some of those too. now, i am goin to tell you to get goat milk, because its a ton more nutrients then regular milk you do shake it of course, and its way better tasting and lasts a heck of alot longer. Now, if your against it dont but I saw how much health benefit it had for me, and I bought it. If you eat eggs, buy 2 cartons of eggs but just for the 1st week, boil one carton and thats your anytime snack. If you like turkey or ham buy it cheap doesnt matter, eat both of those anytime you want as an anytime snack. when you get stronger which i know you will then i am going to tell you how that if you have a glass of red wine or if you have to then a glass and a 1/2 then you sit down with your dinner after the first glass is finished its just amazing how great this (salmon fillet frozen in the box from Gordans) @ Albertsons tastes with some fetta cheese on salad with some of my favorite "dont gain a pound dressings!" you can eat baby all day long, be anti-aging all night long, your skin will look great and your sex will be great and you will feel like a million dollars and lose all you want to lose now that i have said that. let me give you the last part of the list before i tell you how to put it all together. Oh, buy cottage cheese and spicy salsa any kind if you can please. only if you like cottage cheese, NONFAT!

  23. Girls you really better not forget one of those items as each one does the trick together. OH, WHOLE FLAXEED keep the bag in the refridgetor for freshness. Go to Trader Joes and get this (you can eat anytime) "Ratatuille" its by the sauces. And, did I mention the Trader Joes Tomato Basil soup in the box (cheap and unbelivable) and the black bean soup. spicy good. Okay, so if i didnt say eat throughout the week unlimited amounts of eggs, turkey, ham, hamburger dry and anything else on the list i gave to you. And, on my last post, i will just show you how to put it together. Heh, please note if you want to add exercise you can but you dont have to its just a plus. and YES maybe great idea. But, just to get the idea. Your getting lots of info cuz its raining. Here comes the final list of instructions. and the 2 movies you should watch this week if you can somehow.   33. Jennifer, for you should most definitely be no less then one time a day to maintain and lose weight. Once your to your goal then to stay your most fittest and remember its just pure brain food and keeps you sharp and skin looking ultra healthy but anyway, soon as your too your goal then you can do like no less then 3 times per week. But, for now Jennifer, for sure 1 to 3 times per day. HEH GABBY, forgot, Jenn you already know this, please get 4 cans of chicken in a can and Jenn you can do chicken or tuna. ANd, anytime eat the chicken plop the whole large can on the plate drain of course and use like kens any dressing low carb preferred. I have a ton of perfect unbelievable dreesings tell you later more.

  42. Here is your "Eat as much as you want and anytime you want food routine items."
    Specific Mixed nuts mentioned: Ive studied each one."Almonds,Walnuts,Pistachio,Brazillian nuts."
    Eat one full hand full 4 times per day
    Non-fat yogart Eat one extra large cup before or after your nuts.
    2 teaspoons of (benefiber) into it. only 3 times per day.
    "Vanilla ice cream Whey protein" add one large scoop to one of your servings of yogart.(One time per day only.)
    Turkey, chicken, ham or hamburger
    okay, here is the not anytime items:
    Morning time: lite double shot mocha I prefer Green tea myself and save the coffee for afternoon it will help you lose weight no matter what you think but if you are very use to having it in the morning then do that starting in the morning anyway, morning, ginger beer and soup in white bowl. it comes in white bowl.
    dinner time, red wine salmon salad if you can and soup and all three is preferred. the ratatuille with chips is a mid day item and all the other items are any order you want. please put prepare everything ahead of time or have all of this on hand prior. The morning should take mulitvitamin with water, omega 3's 3 times per day for sure and Q-10 2 gelcaps 2 times per day great for your heart. probotic tablets 3 times per day, calcium with zinc two times one am one before bed. such as yakult 3 times per day obviously that means morning before anything goes in your mouth. Heh, skinny cow icecream, my favorite is mint husband favorite is white. Green tea, white, black all good, diet coke fine water bottles cold and 7 hours of sleep. put this together, i may have missed things. most does not have an order and the meats that i mentioned do can be added lots or little or not but you must be eating to lose weight. would appreciate it if you could note what you ate to me at the end of day doesnt have to be detailed but please do not eat anything not on those lists and you will go down not up. Jennifer, the ginger beer am only for now dark chocolate only and few pieces. let me know what questions you have if yoru still here girls

  43. Girls, be very careful about losing focus, i am telling you that the reason that you can get off track is because of that. It doesnt seem like it but its very true. I have a reason for directing you away from what you are currently doing in your routine. Try to go with this first. Jennifer, i dont want to tell you to much about the ginger but if you just do that then you will see the result. You have to be ultra careful with your own thinking. The entire method here it to mix you up from what you are doing and hopefully you forget what you were eating before that was not working. I do not like to share that until later but since you are sharing about great ideas you are correct in doing so and you can add them but whatever you do, do your thing and add this to that and thats that! Get your bathing suit and your favorite pair of jeans,and get them ready....

See, Gabby its cool because you dont know that its actually a weakness a mini one but its an example of getting of track. I use to get on Jennifer all of the time for that and its was not her who got off track. Does that make sense? trust hee. Oh, Gabby, about the half and half. See here is the thing. what is the most important thing to have the fastest quickest results is this. Pretend you no longer have access to your ideas and your home. Pretend that the list i gave you is that your eating at my home with my list and you couldnt possibly be hungry. try it Gabby.   49. And, that is remember the story I told you about how for the last year and a half, I have not even drank coffee only green tea and I was so surprised how it took the place of it. But, I am currently having it again because of the starbucks cards I got at Christmas remember I told you? Well, I will soon go off the coffee again, but honestly, just the past couple weeks of having those coffees, I have altered my routine which as I said works very well, I am again calling it the Yo Yo healthy diet. Wait, no more of that word seriously. Anyway, I will drink coffee for two more weeks and then not again for probably a year. Think i am kidding. Nope, I am not

  50. is there a time frame to all this??? I know it is a lifestyle choice, but I am goal oriented, so I like the week one, do this, week two...etc... I have been drinking so much green tea these past 21 days! Unfortunately, this cleanse thing has not made me lose very much weight- maybe 5 lbs? I've been afraid to step on scale. I am good with changes, have great discipline. The good part is that I do not miss the sugar, bread, or pasta. I have probably been overdoing it with the brown rice.

Anyway, So far research on Splenda is just fine. And, with all that list I gave you, I never use sweetner for anything actually.

Hey, that's kind of catchy...'Live Like Lanea'. But so true....if obviously what you are eating now is NOT giving you the body you want...why the heck should we still be eating like this? And awesome advice on the vitamins, etc. Definitely know I am a little lacking in that department. I take the Mega Red Krill oil which is even more powerful than the fish oil..and a multivitamin, but need to start the other ones you talked about.   55. Good night Gabby, yes, they have all of those nuts. No, not all in one mix and only eat what you need or want to eat. Do you see the background of my blog? Its about feeling relaxed comfortable and getting that energy to do all you want in your day. Please if you could be so kind to share tomorrow, what you ate. Be sure to add the omega 3's and other supplements suggested. Also, Anything at all you cook if you decide to go that route, please use tons of olive oil as #1. Walnut or almond oil and macadamia nut oil. please just look at the quanity of poly and mono to guide you. basically what your doing is taking all saturated and trans fats and exchanging them 100% for the Poly and Mono. Not too tough. Please dont forget to get the vanilla ice cream flavor whey protein shake at Albertsons because you add that to one shake a day and let me tell you girl you will drop like no tomorrow. you will also be healthy in doing that which is my point and why what i am saying is more valuable. have a nice day hope to see you soon. take care, good work.     Probably can't get to the store today--so I'm going to make due w/ what I have at home--tell me what you think: Flaxseed, Benefiber, green tea, black tea, probiotic yogurt smoothie, chicken in a can w/ no carb dressing, salad stuff, almonds and other nuts you had listed, whey protein powder (not the one you mentioned, just boring plain powder, salmon, halibut, turkey, eggs. Wow, that sounds like alot! I copied all the good info from above and I'm going to see how to put it all together. Have a great day!

  63. Take this write it down and do it for a week in advance. Jennifer will confirm that its important, wont you jennifer?
    One Day one page: Carbs= _____ Calories=_____
    Total should be for first week no less and for sure not more then the following per day.
    Calories 1200-1400 intake and Carbs 40-60 total.If you had a ginger beer in the morning thats 47 right? This is the exact numbers that will drop your weight. You have the food and i will keep adding food, you must communicate whats working for you and whats not. I dont have too many rules you should be able to handle it and at the end of the story it is you who tells me what made you lose weight. Each person is different. Thats why you should never take advice, only guidance and suggestions. doctors have asked me more then one time, how and what do I eat to get my counts so good. Questions now. Also, from trader joes there is a little section its diced vegtables, unbelievable. dump some on your plate with each meal they are totally ready to go. throw them on your salad or the side. splash your favorite dressing on. this is the ultimate way to eat veggies let me tell you something. the less time you spend making your food the better defintely preparing okay but when you are about to eat it heck no get out the kitchen and eat

  67. Hi, I'm back! Just ate 2 slices of Columbus rotissierie chicken breast (TJs, of course) so good! Yes....I just made my binder..must MUST write it down or it won't work!! Just a simple spreadsheet w/ 3 columns: meal, carbs, calories, that's it. Then a space for a total carbs/cals for the day..Lanea can confirm this--2 days per sheet and slap it in a binder--Lanea told me to decorate it to inspire myself--good idea!!! I was going to Cancun so I put pics of palm trees, bikinis etc. all over the margins and made it really colorful. And here's the key--write it down BEFORE you eat it. I used to do it in the morning for the whole day and then (per smarty Lanea) I would highlight it as I ate it or cross it off if I didn't eat it. Such a nice simple way to do it! And as long as you eat food from Lanea's list and keep track to stay w/in the carbs/calories, it seriously won't fail!!!

And I'm supposed to have four servings of yogurt each day with my nuts. I put two teaspoons of Benefiber in each cup. Correct? What do I put the flax seed in?

  73. This all seems like a lot of calories. My calorie count so far for the Ginger Beer, yogurt, protein powder, soup is 650. I don't know how many calories the nuts have. How many calories does one handful of nuts have?

  74. I would say a maybe 200 calories for the nuts. It definitely is better to have more of your calories in the morning, rather than later in the day. The probiotic yogurt smoothie I had this morning had 140 cal. And you definitely want to 'save' some calories for the afternoon..that's my hardest time of the day because the kids are home from school and want a snack and I have a hard time NOT partaking in that snack! So that is my plan for when to have the Starbucks Lite double shot--because the snacks my kids have don't really 'go with' coffee. I'll let you know how it works...but first I have to wait until it stops raining so I can go buy them, ha ha!

  78. I actually bought the probiotic yogurt smoothie from the trader joes yogurt section. It's in little bottles--a 6 pack I think for 3.49...they're good! If you wanted to make a smoothie, you could put the flax, yogurt and benefiber all together in the blender w/ some ice..that would be good too. Hey Lanea, yogurt (unless you buy 'plain' yogurt has a ton of carbs...so we should be eating 'plain' nonfat yogurt? Otherwise we would go WAY over the 40-60 carbs. And I still think it's smart to have your carbs in the morning and then stick w/ protein and veggies from the afternoon on to the evening. And lean proteins and veggies are low in calories and carbs. (:

  81. I bought the greek style yogurt which had the least amount of carbs.
    It is really creamy
    Back to the calories though, if I ate all the beer, soup, yogurt,meat, veggies, NUTS, protein powder, flax, almond butter, cotttage cheese,
    that will put me way over the 1400 cal. count.
    I'll se what Lanea says when she gets back. Going to run on treadmill now. Stay dry!

  96. no way eat everything. only until your not hungry and you should never get hungry. and if you girls show me that what you put together on your own today or tonight then i will let you know how quickly that i can suggest the french bread and brie etc menu to lose weight. Please keep in mind there is this and that out there i have read so much and the combinations that i have put together are meant to stay together so dont go too creative yet trust me. simple structure works best. you have a specific goal to lose a specific amount of pounds and i can help you do that, yes there are more books out there to read, the distraction from may take you away all i am saying to you is this. i will lose seven pounds starting tomorrow and will lose it in two weeks because i know eactly what and when i need to eat it. Its not about that i couldnt eaten something different or better instead, i know that already. for instance the ginger beer. your either in or out with this up to you. now, make sure to show me cuz your working too hard. i love that you are at the same time. now, do you want me to get on the scale right now because i want you to as well. and jennifer, you know what i will say next and that is, after today you may not look at that scale for one month. put it away or pack it in your storage. because the number will not change and stay changed for one month even if you lose the 7 pounds in two weeks if you weigh yourself you will not see it. you will see it on your jeans those you should put one one time at the end of your week every week and that should give you confidence to believe.

  98. the questions that you have tell me exactly where your at. if the questions are why not a smoothie so early in the diet is simple and that is because, you can not get a serious feel for what your eating. I made this up and i know what i am talking about, does this make sense? Before you try your ideas and believe me onece you have lost your weight you both are way better then me at cooking and creating stuff like that. I am not going to compete at all. However; this i know. right now, this is what i want from you... #1 write down carb, calorie, poly and mono fats. You are replacing your bad fats with the good and you can ask me why if your dont know for sure and the detail of why.what i want to see from you #2. to mentally identify piece by piece what you put in your body. What i want to see from you #3 i want to see you succeed and this is how it will take place. does this make sense to you? your unbelievably appreciated for trusting me here and i respect 110% just help me help you here and its so easy and guess what remember Jennifer? Remember what i might say next? The best part is to get there as quick as you can so you can say to me these words L A N E A oh my gosh oh my gosh it totally works thank you thank you thank you and it makes me so excited thats it. Then you will want more more more and i will show you a different path. Here is one fact to keep in mind okay, listen carefully please.. I hope the time does not come but it happens for almost all people I know and that is the time will come where you think you got it and you swear on it and at that moment is when I know that you do not have it. In a perfect world which we are not in now, the best case scenerio if your super strong like never before and you step it up and step it up again and stick with me and step it up again, then you will only master your sense of balance and what weight you have at that time becomes only for you to maintain and manage.   103. Hi Lanea. I'm Jackie and so far today I have read all your posts between you and Jennifer and Gabi. I have eaten the garlic soup with the Ginger Beer earlier (about 10:30). Then I had a handful of nuts with a cup of plain non-fat yogurt. In the yogurt I put a scoop of the Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder and some of the benefiber. Is that correct? All the food was yummie!

  109. My goal is to learn how to eat better so that I can get to a certain comfortable weight and STAY THERE. I am a yo-yo-er and I'm tired of it. So I would like to lose about 10 pounds and then stay there! I work out almost every day so I'm in pretty good shape in terms of being fit. Gabi and I have eaten the same things today since we thought we'll do it together. So officially I can start tomorrow. I just had the Starbucks double shot mocha and it was delicious! I really like all the food you have told us to eat so far and that is a HUGE plus since that is half the battle. Eating food that tastes really good and is satisfying. Nice to meet you too!

  115. Ok, Lanea, question for you. Here's the one time of a day which I notoriously have trouble. Right when Just in comes home from school at 2:30ish he is starving and so I make him, say, for example, a quesadilla. So while I am making it, I don't eat any of the tortillas, but I eat a couple pieces of cheese and will kind of nibble on whatever I am making them. Any ideas on how to stop that behavior? Thanks!!   127. "Keep in mind..." You will notice by looking at my blog site just exactly what I like to do with my life. And, I am so excited to feel that I am able to just work off a few pounds and maintain and go and do all those things I like to do. For years, I just spent time trying it all, trying to keep it up, trying to figure it out. But, after I got married and gainned 20 pounds from the excitement and pastas hee. I found myself stuck like never before. And, all I am saying is that I have done exactly what I have posted to you and am now just working a few pounds off here and there and have myself created a much more fun and healthier way to maintain and keep fit through this food routine program. I enjoy now, spending my time traveling and appreciating finally what I have worked so hard to obtain which is the most current knowledge I could put my hands on for the past 3 years researching and expererimenting and this is what I came up with. Doctors reports for me are very good. My Hdl and ldl levels are beyond great. My husband is now healthier then ever as well, of course that makes a stronger relationship for many reasons. Please keep in mind that the bottom line is to do whatcha gotta do and get over it! Get on with your life and let it all become natural for you. What do ya say?

Okay Jennifer, this is very good news that Jackie mentioned to confirm that we are on track so its possible that maybe which still nobody has asked yet that the ginger beer good for digestion especially after the yakult and with the soup and all of the soup if possible gets your body metabolism going quite well. Using the yogart and nuts 4 times a day provides the protein and fills you up and adds the good poly and mono fats that make you less hungry and balance your body. So, i think for you Jennifer, its important to jumpstart in the morning and try that. Also the ginger beer does curve your appetite. I suggest in the morning. If your with me in a couple weeks sure hope so then you will see when I suggest the ginger beer instead of the morning but you will just have to wait and see okay Does this help? I am going to Blog bla bla on another topic be right back!

  140. Im here Ladies! As Jackie reported all the things WE ate today (so good to have a partner and she lives right next door!) and to have Jennifer is also a big plus! I was sooooo full after the 1st yogurt and nuts! Then I thought I could not possibly eat any more today! I did not get hungry. Had 3 cups of hot green tea, then handful of nuts, now eating yogurt w/benefiber. I can not finish it! Am I supposed to? I will follow whatever you say I should, I trust you! Jackie and I were laughing saying oh my gosh what if we get fat???? We know we won't but that is stuck in my head. Eating = calories in= getting bigger and heavier. You know I too workout, play lots of tennis, but my body is not cooperating anymore. I am sure it from all the fad diets I have put my body through over many many years. I've done it all. Truth is, I want to be at my best weight which is literally 18-20 pounds less than I am now. I lost 7 lbs these last 21 days on that cleanse diet and no one can even notice because I can hide it pretty well. This time, I stepped on the scale and I was horrified to see the numbers. So, my goal is to obviously lose the weight so I can feel good, play better, be happier=better wife, better mom! So Lanea, I do not believe in coincidences,and looking back when I made the simple comment to you on the court, look where you are taking me:-) Like I said, just give me the car keys and I'll drive! If its possible, you gave me such a great report and it seems you adjust so easy and were able to get a hold of stuff most important. Now, most importantly anytime today or tonight, those individual counts. Do you have them or can you do that tonight Thats the true recipe of all of this is that sheet of paper. I remember that I drew a bikini picture on my last pages of my 2nd month cuz i was almost there so as Jennifer was mentioning if you have that to send over later great. Okay, smart balance spread. i eat it and why? cuz it has this: Cal 90 carbs sat fat is bad but has 2.5 no trans fat which is NO. but poly fat 3.5 and Mono fat 3 so its better to use it and add those good fats.     first week stay between 1200-1400 and your carbs 40-60 not too much less or more as in between to that as you can get on the cal and carb counts the most affective for some reason and this information is not only confirmed by me but has been recieved from a professional well known dietician program which i will give some credit to later. and "Surprise!" for the first week if you want you can stay between 1400-1600 calories okay and carbs between 40-60 now. I just off the bat and by habit go with 1200-1400 and 40-60 carbs its automatic. if im trying to drop okay. Now, starting tomorrow good to stay between 1200-1400 but if and only if your still adjusting to the food routine then its also okay to go with the 1400-1600 for first week. does this make sense?

  166. oh to answer your question more accurately.... its most important to balance those numbers of calories Carbs make sense? If you do not enough calories but perfect carb counts doesnt work! same vice versa. Something about the combination has been proven affective. make sense? so 1200-1400 and 40-60carbs total if you can and for first week 1400-1600 and 40-60 carbs okay too. either way you go, you will find that after the 2nd week you will find it hard to do anything except 1200-1400 and 40-60 carbs. Keep in mind what you will find most weird is that the 3rd and 4th week its harder and harder to eat enough calories cuz you find yourself getting better at what you can eat alot of that doesnt have calories etc.

  167. when i did this food routine with Jennifer just over a year ago, we did not work with mono or poly fat. Ever since I have been dedicated to anti-aging affects in the body with most current research etc which brings me to keep same program and just add the even healthier benefits.

  168. I think the soup is way high in carbs, plus the beer, even though low in fat, they don't allow for us to eat all the recommended servings of yogurt you said to eat. ANd the nuts! they are high in cal. If the numbers don't add up, what should we eat and how much of it? Can you tell me what else we can have for the rest of the night?

  171. The first week I was saying yogart nuts, ginger beer. The 2nd week was more for the carbs routine. I was not so much concentrating on carbs and calories but seems we sort of went into that and it was working but you are correct with the yogart. I stay very firm with the first week. I would do just that!

  177. your not about to lose any weight today your only about to lose your mind i bet from mee hee hope not. kiding anyhow. so your all good. so again, back to where we were, if you are able to eat everything like so and do keep calorie and carb count to par then great for this week but if not the best thing is those foods items i mentioned most important got that? next week cal and carbs ultra inportant so your getting a headstart. all you have to do is ask why the yogart, nuts and ginger you see i think already right. next week your body wont need so much of that cuz those things will have had a little affect on your body and you can go for the next step! its easy, i wouldnt waste time on it if i wasnt sure. promise

  178. oh, man gabby i hear you but let me tell you what you just gave me that list with your counts is all you have to do to fit in those jeans for under 3 months. when i first started with jennifer we did this each day and pretty soon she checked in 2 times per week etc its really a super system trust. thanks for your support and kind words too.

  181. I am going to weigh myself now and lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Just a second scale is right here.... Okay, its around 5pm on Jan 21st. who wants to join me? I am wearing jeans so that I remember in two weeks. My weight today is 135. I go up and down depending on my routine. I dont worry about it because i am very for sure how to lose it and girls thats the best feeling ever! i swear when i one time lost that 20 pounds Ha! I was more excited that i found a way to make it work that i didnt even care as much about that i lost the weight! no kidding!

  182. January 4th, I will weigh in. I do not suggest this for anyone except for me. I suggest that you do this one time now and one time in one month or you will waste your time i swear to it! Trust follow and try on those jeans one time at the end of each week!
