    SOME THIN TURKEY SLICES WITH CHEESE (4 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese)
    SEE TO IT PICKLE! (2 dill pickles organic)
    SALAD DRESSING AND CELERY STICKS (1 tlbs dressing & 4 short celery sticks)
    SOME WATER W/LEMON (1 liter water w/ 1 lemon wedge)
    SERVE HUMMUS & CHICKEN LUNCH (1 oz chicken breast diced with 2 tlbs hummus)
    SOME COTTAGE CHEESE FOR THE AFTERNOON (1 cup)
    SALAD FOR DINNER (1 cup green lettuce & 2 tlbs salad dressing)
    SERVED FOR DINNER CHICKEN (2 oz chicken breast)
    SERVED WITH ONE GLASS OF RED WINE
