  4. If you dont like salmon you can do "A Chicken Salad as in chicken in a can or broiled"

  5. I do the diet for you and you just make it quick then on A day the B day will be posted so you got it before you get to b and you just follow your A B C's no menus no thinking just you have to document it down its a must!

Sure, I will go ahead and let you know how I got to those counts and repost the sample for you to have an early get ready menu for your first day on May 1st and then you will get that same thing just one day in front of the other starting that day. So, give me a minute and I will repost that with the quantities and if you have to adjust some you can, I like when you eat on your own off the menu.     Thanks for posting the info about the quantities, thank you! Ok, sorry to ask one thousand questions, but the salmon salad (one cup), does that mean one cup of lettuce or does it mean mix the salmon, avocado and sprouts together and eat one cup? (:
