Lanea's "Easy Diet A to Z" RECORDING BLOG LOG RESULTS for 26 Days

Today was SO awesome! The diet was SO great today and I'm so excited that I have completed my third day! And I am dropping weight already--which is the MOST exciting. It works!! It works!!!
Today Day "D" CONVERSATION: Another good day today, very yummy food and got to go to the pool for a few hours which was fun and good exercise! Wish I could have worn my pedometer in the pool--would have gotten some good steps in! MY DAILY STEPS: 12,400 STEPS TODAY MY WORKOUT: Pool, 2 hours, light swimming and treading water. About 15min. of intense running in water!
On track for A day today, Lanea!! Did you know, that my 18,000 step day yesterday was over 8.5 miles and burned 480 calories? Cool, huh? I should go to Disney every day! Ha!!
Oh, I miss Disneyland!!! Ok, so yesterday was NOT as good as my trek around Disneyland the day before. But, oh well, I still got my steps in! (: 6/28 MY DAILY STEPS: 11,255 MY WORKOUT: 1 hour interval training + 40 min. of boxing and running on the treadmill + a couple hours in the pool swimmin' around--nothing serious!
Today Day "B" CONVERSATION: Ha! I went to the pool AGAIN today, so I got some swimming in, in addition to my regular workout. I may turn into a fish tho if I keep this up... MY DAILY STEPS: 12,215 STEPS TODAY MY WORKOUT: Pool, 2 hours, light swimming and treading water. 30 min. high intensity interval training + 8 sprints on the grass, fun!!
Today Day "C" CONVERSATION: Despite my busy day, was able to follow the menu exactly bite for bite! And yes, went to the pool, AGAIN! (: I admit that I like to go! And I even got a few laps in! MY DAILY STEPS: 11,603 MY WORKOUT: No actual scheduled workout today. Just on the go all day incl. 30 min. pedaling on the paddle boat and 1 1/2 hours at the pool. (yawn) Beddie-bye for me-ah!!
