    *ZAN CAN I MEAN SALMON IN A CAN (1 small can salmon in a can with 1 tlbs salad dresssing)
    *ZAFTERNOON VANILLA SOY PROTEIN SHAKE(1 vanilla soy protein shake vanilla only today)
    *ZINE DINING DINNER PLATE OF FAVORITE STYLE SALMON AND STIRFRY TRADERS PACIFIC SHORES MIX (1cup stir fry and one salmon for dinner)
    *ZZZ WINE OF CHOICE (1 glass)
