Easy Easy To Do "Must Do's" to reduce hips and thighs and legs..
When I say easy I mean it.... Choose 6 places you like to go...for example the mall.
"If" your going to the mall have a large bottle of water splashed with lemon and walk around the mall no shopping wallet in the car. Walk for 2 hours from side to side of mall.
Choose 5 other places you can walk for 2 or 3 hours at and dont count it as your exercise silly!
make sure that you only choose places that have a bathroom every block and a half eh?
And here is the trick, dont count this as your exercise for the day. You will drop like a thin lolly pop!
