Is Just Horrible and useless to the body so #1 If you can avoid it do it.
Just one of the things that it does is that it sends your body signals telling you that your still hungry when your not. I will get to you more on that later. But, if you can avoid it within the first 5 ingrediants of any product food or drink just do that. Its better for you.
