Starts now,

"I am ready for the new year, that is for sure." For the new year, I plan to be fit, stay fit and continue to step up my game. I have taken special interest in anti-aging and I particularly enjoy reading about it. I am so excited to begin writing a book that I have decided to start this blog to get a head start and to see where it takes me. Ideas sort of pop up when you start writing. Others ask questions and conversation usually go in a new direction. With a new direction, comes a new idea and with a new idea comes a new action and so I will just have to see where this takes me. Honestly, I do not know completely know what a Blog is. I just checked out a sample blog and went for it. You never know why we do the things we do until we look back where we were standing before we did what we did. As far as anti-aging, it is just fascinating what information has become available to us today. Seriously. I really want to write a book which gives the reader direct access to managing their life. Managing their life to be just the way you want it to be. The message to be result orientated. For me, I have several things that I like in life. Several things that I like to do, several things that I would like to have and several ways that I would like to be. I love to share, I love to enjoy, I love to create, I love to motivate. I will stop there as I do not want to give away what I will want to write about later. I am surely not very good at keeping surprises. One Christmas, I remember buying 5 small presents for my husband, wrapped them all up and just couldn't wait. Of course, the next day I had him open them, saw his excitement and wrapped them back up, put them under the tree. So, there you have it. That's my first Blog.
