"We call it a food routine" they call it what they call it. Great stuff below but thats not enough, there's always somethin' else. A balance of many things is what we need to get there today. So,get that focus, keep that focus and have a focused day.

For starters, a balanced diet means eating a wide variety of nutritious foods such as lean protein, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans and legumes, low-fat dairy, and healthy, unsaturated fats.
