ReplyDeleteHeh, just got back from wholesome choice and about to eat chicken, peas, corn and rice because all silly me had today was like a small cup of yogart, a bowl of soup and the french flat bread burned when i was on the computer this morning so i didnt have that. I am about to have that dinner with my wine and some advil for my neck oh boy. then i will be back to see whats new and if i put the tiger balm patch on my neck i might just work out like Gabbi! Good work for you Gabbi! I am going to try! it always takes one to try!

ReplyDeleteHi! I'm here, just finally got on the computer today because we are doing some painting and then had a problem w/ the toilet and have spent the whole day trying to fix it! Yes, Jennifer the Plumber, ha ha! More like "Plumber's Assistant", heh! So, that's why I haven't posted, sorry! Will post tonight EVERYTHING I'm going to eat tomorrow, and yes, ladies, I'll get the workout in this afternoon. Looking good, Gabi!! Sauteed spinach? You're awesome!! I like spinach about as much as you like fish, heh!! Unless it's raw in the salad, that's ok w/ me. Speaking of salad, had caesar salad for lunch, this morning I had my probiotic yogurt w/ Benefiber, water, water, green tea, white tea, a little feta cheese on a tiny piece of wheat flat bread from Wholesome choice, otherwise, don't worry Lanea, no bread for me!! Love ya gals!!! You're doing awesome!!!

ReplyDeleteNever should be getting hungry GAbby. Try this start in the morning with something that is protein, filling and satisfying even if its not a breakfast food like turkey and swiss cheese roll it together without a wrap and eat two of them and if your hungry eat them again, then same thing switch the cheese from swiss, to cheddar to jalapeno which helps speed up your metabolism. You can eat turkey and different cheezes all day or eggs and think about it... no carb intake yet. So,then few nuts, yakult heh, your ready to add some carbs after that for the remainder of the day. You do understand that if you didnt have carbs all day and at night you ate a cake with 40 carbs in it then your fine. Trying to tell you for me save the carbs till the end. Why give out at the beginning. YOU SHOULD NOT be getting stomache problems. You just mean getting hungry right? Your in good physicial health correct? I am adding a new blog for what to serve your family while you are on a diet. check it out in a few
ReplyDeleteGabbi, you need to start eating alot more food and get closer to your 1400-1600 cal and 40-60 carbs. You really need to eat more. You will only drop if your eating alot more then you are now,. You must use those menus I gave you and add what you need. I believe that there are so many choices on all of those lists of low carb count foods that you should not have any trouble at all See, never one time was I ever hungry. Were you Jennifer? There is only one reason that you would want to eat less then your suppose to and that is if you feel you want to lose it faster. It will not happen not a chance. NEver ever happen. Anyway, please let me know how its going with your menu as you have. Love the way you sent me your menu over. Actually, you can over fill your menu with foods like turkey, eggs and cheese that dont have any carbs in them and just add them anytime your hungry so it doesnt change your counts for the day. You need a great menu that your excited about. If you need help more with that I am here and i much rather spend time on that. Let me and us know.

ReplyDeleteGabi, do you like cottage cheese? Do you like that tuille or something I told you about from Trader Joes? If so, I am having for dinner because I ran out of food tonight.. A Medium container of cottage cheese and I put that tuille looks like salsa in it. I put like a cup of it inside my cottage cheese, I am having it with tortilla chips and a piece of salmon and a glass of wine and ginger beer(not beer) you should not have ginger beer anymore but it goes with me great tonight. Let me know if you like cottage cheese.

ReplyDelete(Ok, just because I can't keep secrets, I went on scale today just because I wanted to start over, down 10 lbs total now since cleanse and these 4 days...lost 3-4 here) I'm not weighing in again until....??? Still have 20 to go, at least. My skinny clothes are so old they are going to be new again!
I am proud of you Gabi, everything looks great. Just dont go over the 40-60 carbs. If you go over by one point meaning 61 carbs. Won't work. Its imperative that you try to add either, turkey, eggs, cheese if you want to get this done. Wow, you have to be excited about your weight loss. Heh, when I say water, tea does not replace water. Everytime you have a cup of tea or coffee, it takes 1 1/2 cups of water out of your body which dehydrates you meaning every time you have caffeine, you should be adding an additional 8 oz water to your body to replace that. Also, fish oil is right now one of the most essential supplements but you are the boss.Fish oil is also an anti inflammatory anyway. Most important is you get to your goal. Please note that everyone knows of carb diets this is not a secret. But,all the carb diets are not the same at all. And if you stay under these counts you will be good. Gabi, those pounds 3 to 4 could be water weight dropped from caffeine. Just thinking. I am strictly on my own diet and working out appropriately and not possible for me to lose 4 real pounds yet so, just keep up what your doing and keep up with the notes. I hope that you stay excited because you have made a difference and you are a good example right now to others. Good for you Gabbi. Tomorrows carbs are over 60 correct? Make sure to make adjustments you just cannot go over 60 carbs tomorrow okay and not over 1400 calories and no matter what no matter what food you eat you will drop if those numbers are like that regardles if its junk food or real food you will drop the pounds.
