    NOW YOU MUST DRINK WATER BOTTLE (1 liter w/lemon)
    NOW YOU MUST DRINK UNSWEETENED TEA (1 mug)
    NUMMY IN MY TUMMY HUMMUS (1 tbls) any way you like to add it to your items today
    NOW PUMPKIN YOU CAN HAVE SOME PUMPKIN SEEDS( 1/4 cup)
    NOT TO FORGET WATER (1 liter bottle with lemon)
    NICE ABS YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE SO EAT EGGS (2 any style today you like but eat two)
    NICE COLD GLASS UNSWEETENED TEA (1 mug)
    NUTS AGAIN? YES ALMONDS (22 kernels please)
    NEVER ENOUGH WATER SO (1 liter bottle w/lemon)
    NICE GLASS OF WINE (1 glass)
