Bananas


Each banana has 422 milligrams of potassium,which limits sodium in your body. Sodium (salt) will cause your belly to bloat. So, great for individuals who drink plenty of water each day.

  1. I love bananas! So it would be good if I could figure in a banana a day into my carbs? I could do that! But maybe not tomorrow....tomorrow is APPLE DAY!!! I love apples!!! And jumping rope! I would jump rope 2x a day w/o you even asking me! (:

  2. But the total is 10 minutes at one time and 10 minutes at another time in the day. And, read the details if you need to stop for one minute you can but no longer then one minute. Great work Jenn!
