ReplyDeleteBack now for a moment.... word of caution!!! I came home, answered an important phone call and while I was on the phone I took out my yogurt and began to eat it while I was on the phone (i was not doing most of the talking obviously!) Well, wouldn't you know, I get off the phone, walk around my kitchen looking for my yogurt and DID NOT REMEMBER eating it! I am so embarrassed to admit it. My point is, while I do not want eating to be the center of my day, I realize that when I do eat, it needs to be when I am not distracted. Just a mental note. I wonder what else I have been eating while on the phone !!!! Geesh!

ReplyDeleteI was way more hungry today just about an hour ago. What I did differently was half protein powder in my 2nd serving yogurt and I am saving the other half for my next yogurt. I also cut out the flaxseeds I put in yesterdays yogurts. So, just now I ate about 2 oz. roasted chicken breast and chugged a bunch of water. Hunger gone but I am thinking about the chips and ratatoullie so they are next! I also noticed my stomach hurts a bit. It did yesterday but I attributed that to my cleanse and introducing foods that I have not been eating for the past 21 days. Also had 3 cups of green tea earlier. Other than that, keeping the faith!

I am going to start a blog right now called Food Routine Part One. This is where you will cut and paste what you ate that day. This is I repeat more important then any thing that I give you or you give you. Please partipate. You are great.
ReplyDeleteGabi, about your stomache today, reduce the caffene because if your having mochas probably one or the other silly. Double your water and pay close attention to the fiber. Sometimes you may put just a few sprinkles to much in each teaspoon of benefiber and that will give you aches a bit. You should not have any symptoms of anything at all if so report to blog great job Gabi! I havent worked out yet but I am going to maybe one hour from now and then i will report it to the workout blog. I am wanting all of you at the end of the day to do a "post it" on the new food routine blog. Good to talk throughout the day here as you are about both exercise if you do some and your day in general but yes, end of the day counts on new food routine blog and then exercise done goes on the other. Perfect! I like that you promoted the exercise place! Cool! Thanks for checking out my other posts too and i will go respond to some now.

Forgot 3 things ladies, I had one vanilla creme protein shake from trader joes late morning and with my lunch salad today, I had a large cup of goats milk. For tonights dinner I had after dinner and with my last part of movie one ginger beer. Thats all and from now until sleep time, I will have had two more evian small water bottles. Of course I refill them with Sparkletts hee. Tomorrow will be more normalized but today was a blogger day for me. Hee. If anyone gets a moment cool to find out what you come up with for me if not too much trouble. You can also give that to me tomorrow but most importantly, your totals when you and before you turn in so i can take a look, thanks girls, your doing it,its happening.
