Definition of "Try Hard."

A person who puts a large amount of effort into achieving a certain image, or counter-image, to the point where it is obviously contrived. Rather than achieving an image through genuine personality, the try-hard consciously attempts to fit a certain style through deliberate imitation, forced style, or scripted behavior. That is to say, he/she is trying hard to create an image.

How I Got in Shape While Recovering from Injury.

Hello out there! This is to all of those who have ever had an injury and had and have felt down and out during the recovery process. You are darn right, it sucks!! Oh its so awful. It makes you made and stirs you up inside. When will I return to my normal activity? How long will it take for me to get back on my feet again. Everyone experiences these feelings. Dear friend, don't feel alone, you just are not. But, while you have a little you time, why don't you just take advantage of the bright side. If you can sit up, you can get some pretty tight abs during this time to get your core ready for more. By the time you are on your feet, you will be looking better then before. You can do leg lifts and arm lifts in a chair, did you know that? with such a little light dumbell you can conquer it all. Just stay in position while working hard. you can stand and do arm circles and increases your posture. You cannot play soccer no, no but you won't lose it all. Remember friends that its all about moving, moving moving. Getting that heart rate up and watching those carbs, why dont you keep those carbs between 40 and 60 total a day while your out so you dont add to your workload later. Why dont you keep those calories to around 1400, aprox will work for you, dont think that you cannot move something in your body, contact me my friend and I will keep you filled up with some more. Its all about the attitude friend. Sometime, life stops us for reasons and we shouldnt fight it. Did you know that you may even be just about to start in an exciting new direction. I hope that you contact me if you get this message, surely I can give you a little perspective. We do get stuck in a circle of the same thoughts and if you dont change those thoughts of course you wont feel different silly. "Destination Happiness Project."

"A New Happiness Project."
Many things in life may feel like they are the same because they are or they are not. It is important for you to feel in your heart that you are doing what you are trying to do or to achieve which in this case I speak of your goals. Its so often that I hear that a person is not sure if they are reaching for their goal or they don't even remember what they wanted at all. I have a plan for you to get to your goal or to motivate yourself to do so. I have called my new plan the  "Destination Happiness Project." What you do is write your goal and put it into a bottle and hide it somewhere. If you are a person with a whole lot of goals you have options to either get a whole bunch of baby food jars or find some recycled bottles ha ha. Hide your bottle or jar with your note  and hide it in a place somewhere near or somewhere far. Inside outside upside down doesn't matter really. Next, take a piece of paper and write down the time line that you would like to have this done by. Put the start date and end date to give yourself a push. I am not talking about a term paper. I am talking about real life goals like. Dropping 5 pounds in one month or becoming stronger so that you can lift up your dog an give him a kiss or maybe you have your own wishes. Now, blog if you will about your happiness project and see if you too will reach your destination happiness. One goal at a time, do it today, do it tomorrow but do it, Nike says Just Do it! Write it in French, write it in English, Spanish, Czech or whatever you like. You can have a collection of goals and only you will know about them. Be sure to put them in glass. Be sure to keep them where you know you will find them. You can even keep them in a hope chest in your house. If you reach your goal, celebrate and do not open them until you reach them. This Lady Gets to her Goal.

A Heavily overweight woman receives a handful of money as a gift. The first thing that she does is walks into a beauty salon and has all the work done that she can. Her hair, her nails, her face, her eyebrows, she waxes. She then goes to the mall and shops for everything she can. Jeans, tops, dresses, lingerie, jewelry, makeup, skincare. She then fixes her house pretty as pretty as she can. Candles, new pillows a photo and some flowers.
She then goes to the market to make an amazing dinner for herself and her family and kids. Gourmet meal on a decorative table setting. She next finds an event to do together with her family and next her friends. She ran out of money but is excited about her new memories that she has created and her new self image and decides that she now would like to work on her weight. So, she tries to seek for a diet program out there that will fit her needs but cannot find it. Suddenly, she found one, its right here, I created this for people like you. "Motivation Comes From Within."

You are the light bulb, and Only You Can Make It Work!
You Have To Bring It Out, Turn it On~Motivation. It does not come out without you. It needs you. It is not imposible. Learning how to capture your energy and get your own attention requires a little bit of training.  This is a great skill or technique that you can do yourself. Try these few things.
  1.  Pictures, (write down the first subject you can think of. Search pictures if you have to.)
  2. Music, (listen to a song, whats the first subject you think of while listening to the song?)
  3. Books (search book titles, until you stop at the subject that catches you. What is that subject.
