Speaking of 'Workout', I'm going to up my cardio this week and add an early am workout of jumping rope (in addition to my usual workout)....I was going to do it last week but I was having trouble gettng up with the Daylight Savings time change!!! (:

I'm so close to fall asleep by the computer, but as I've promised, I'm happy finally to write a short note in the workout blog. Jogged for 45 minutes this morning-had a great time because of the nice weather and spring filled air! Played about 20 minutes of tennis with Lidia-primary chasing the balls she is hitting left and right-I would count this as a good workout; several sets of crunches in the park, while Lidia were playing with her friends on the playground. Tomorrow kids are going to have races in Newport Beach-Spirit run. Dima is running 1 mile, Lida 1/2 mile, I guess I'll be also running 1/2 mile with Lidia. Looking forward to!

Awsome Tanya welcome! Good work!! Gabi and Jennifer today use this page also for today and I will change tomorrow. Going back to courts. Ha Dima and Lidia are in oh boy Gabi and Jenn we are in for a challenge if those two step in just kidding. Talk tonight thanks for post!
