Oh my gosh...I totally need to clean my refrigerator! Count me in!! I'm going to post my menu for tomorrow RIGHT NOW. Anybody else??

I am eating carbs as follows dark chocolate almonds, red wine, cottage cheese, salmon salad with honey dijon lite dressing,macadamia nuts, walnuts turkey and cheese and those trader joes spanapakita i from the oderves section. and all of the above not in order just splat like that! You and Gabi keep order I do everything else Ha! Feel free to ask me if you want but some stuff may not be right for you but all that above should. Keep asking. I love questions ha!
